Dana is a clinical psychologist with experience providing trauma-informed psychological treatment across public and specialist mental health services.

Meet Dr Dana Borg

Dana supports adults who are looking to understand the underlying patterns in their life, explore new and sustainable ways of coping with difficult experiences, and move forward with meaningful change. She prioritises cultivating a therapeutic space that is warm, respectful and non-judgmental; one that encourages curiosity, openness and collaboration in exploring the challenges that bring people to therapy.

Working from a relational framework, Dana draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to suit each individual’s unique needs, goals and preferences. She values working at a pace that feels safe, supportive and grounding, and is committed to helping people from diverse backgrounds reflect on themselves and their lives in ways that feel empowering and restorative.

Alongside her private practice, Dana works in the public mental health sector, supporting young people and adults experiencing complex and enduring mental health difficulties. Her work includes providing individually tailored psychological treatment as well as delivering specialised, structured interventions in both individual and group settings.
