Our approach
therapy across the life-span from our inviting clinic in Frankston.
We offer a space for deeper self-exploration. A place to slow down, make sense of your inner and outer world,
and gently work through the patterns and experiences that have shaped you.
Our goal is to support change, which for you might mean finding ways to reduce distressing thoughts and feelings.
It might also mean developing a deeper understanding of your sense of self and your relationships, which can lead to more meaningful and enduring change.
But this takes time, care, and a steady, trusted therapeutic relationship.
Individual therapy
We’ll help you explore what’s brought you here — not just your symptoms but your story — so you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and work towards meaningful, lasting changes.
Individual therapy sessions typically involve:
- Regularly scheduled appointments
- A consistent, supportive therapeutic relationship
- Evidence-based approaches adapted to your needs and goals
Evidence-based therapies tailored to you
Regardless of the therapy model, our work with you is grounded in a few things common to all therapeutic modalities, including the therapy relationship and a clear treatment framework.

A practical talking therapy that focuses on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)
A relational therapy that helps you identify patterns in the way you relate to yourself and others, connecting past experiences to current struggles.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
A specialised form of cognitive behavioural therapy that combines acceptance and change strategies to help you build a life worth living.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A therapeutic approach that helps you understand and heal the relationships between different parts of the mind.

An in-depth approach exploring unconscious patterns, early experiences, and relationship dynamics to create deeper self-understanding.
Schema Therapy

Issues we can help you with
Some might simply feel that something isn’t right or want to prevent something from getting worse. And then there are those who just want to understand why they think, feel, and behave a certain way.
