Seasoned clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, here to support you on your journey

Therapy can feel like a walk deep into the woods — you're never quite sure what you'll come across or what's even on the other side.

While it's tempting to simply chop down a tree for a quick glimpse of sunlight, the most profound discoveries and enduring changes can come from journeying through the thick of it, with the right psychologist walking beside you.

    Welcome to Woodwalk Psychology

We’re a collective of independent, highly trained, and experienced clinical psychologists, neuropsychologists and psychotherapists serving the Southeast Melbourne community.

We believe that healing isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about understanding the patterns, histories, and emotions that have brought you here — and ensuring you don’t have to do it alone.

We offer comprehensive psychological services for children and adolescents, adults and older adults. This includies assessment, formulation, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health needs, all from our welcoming rooms in Frankston.

    Experienced clinical psychologists & psychotherapists

Our psychologists and therapists hold Master's or Doctoral qualifications and are seasoned professionals. Whilst we are independent, we have come together to provide professional support for each other - which means you benefit from the depth of our collective experience and the strength of our community.

    Intentional therapeutic space

We consulted with local Frankston artist Georgia Pendlebury to ensure our space is warm, inviting, and calm - there’s nothing clinical about this clinic. Rooms are softly lit and intentionally curated to help you feel safe and comfortable during your therapeutic journey.

    Focus on meaningful change

We specialise in long-term therapeutic relationships that honour the complexity of human experiences. Many of our clients have histories of trauma, relationship challenges, or life experiences that can benefit from deeper work rather than surface-level strategies.
